As noted in previous posts, Apple and Google are two tech giants that are now competing directly against each other. Both have been in the news this month: the Google Instant Search Launch on September 8 and the Apple Special Event on September 1. There is Google TV and Apple TV, Google Android and Apple iOS, Google AdMob and Apple iAd. Will one company, and one stock, perform better in the long-term? GOOG or AAPL?

If I've dreamt up an entire social media platform concept for Google to trump Facebook and Twitter, how would/should/could I go about packaging and presenting that idea? I'm very confident in the strength of the ideas, but I'm not sure what to do with them. Thought?
